1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ERIENTA platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ERIENTA.

2. Description of Service

ERIENTA is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking mystical and spiritual services (such as tarot readings, astrology, coffee readings, and other divination services) with verified expert practitioners. We provide the technology infrastructure for bookings, video sessions, messaging, payment processing, and AI-assisted tools.

ERIENTA is a platform intermediary. We are not a provider of spiritual, medical, psychological, or financial advice. All services are provided by independent expert practitioners.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person may only hold one account of each type (customer or expert)

4. User Accounts

4.1 Customer Accounts

Customers can create accounts to browse experts, book sessions, and access reading history. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4.2 Expert Accounts

Expert registration requires an application and approval process. Experts must provide truthful qualifications and maintain professional conduct. ERIENTA reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend expert accounts at any time.

5. Bookings and Sessions

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
• Session times are displayed in your local timezone
• Both parties should be ready at the scheduled time; a 5-minute grace period applies
• Sessions not started within 15 minutes may be marked as a no-show
• Instant sessions are available when experts are online and accepting requests

6. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in the currency set by the expert (default: EUR)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• A platform fee is applied to each transaction (visible before booking)
• Expert payouts are processed according to the payout schedule in their settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (see Cancellation Policy below)

As an expert on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide services honestly and to the best of your abilities
• Maintain accurate availability and respond promptly to bookings
• Never provide medical, legal, or financial advice
• Treat all customers with respect and maintain confidentiality
• Not solicit customers to transact outside the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or booking systems
• Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content during sessions

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of ERIENTA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content you upload (photos, messages) remains your property, but you grant ERIENTA a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service.

11. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as session summaries, reading suggestions, and card detection. These AI features are provided as assistance tools and should not be considered definitive interpretations. Experts maintain full control over the readings and advice they provide.

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERIENTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ERIENTA in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERIENTA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where ERIENTA is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
